Two of our iconic favorite artists from the 80s-90d are Patrick Nagel and Thomas McKnight. Both are known for their colorful and clean styles, with McKnight’s works featuring landscape and architectural subjects and Nagel’s, a pop art style often featuring the female form. Nagel did the artwork for Duran Duran’s Rio album.

Look! It’s a 🌈 of vintage sherbet dishes! These are a nice weight (compared to new) and are colored glass - not just color-coated. Loving these vintage amethyst 💎 toned goblets - maybe cuz purple is part of pink’s color family- on the red side!

We love mixing up vintage. Here we have 2 pieces of art from the 80s. The oil on board and the Thomas McKnight print. And do you see the shadow of our 80s lampshade photobombing the shot?!

is it a woman or a swan - or both? This stunning Brutalist Sterling Silver ring depicts Leda and the Swan 🦢- from Greek Mythology. We prefer the interpretation where Zeus disguised a swan seduces the lovely Leda, Queen of Sparta. She gives birth to 2 babies - one from Zeus and the other mortal.

Any Orphan Black fans out there? Project LEDA’s (clone project) founder Ethan was called ‘Swan Man’ by Helena. She knew her Greek Mythology.
