🧘🏽‍♂️ We were inspired by and PLANK MONTH at to do a post about one of our favorite things to talk about!! Long post but worth it!

🕺🏽A strong core (abdominals, obliques, glutes, lower back muscles) is SO integral to a healthy & comfy body, especially as we age…with a strong core:

✅ better posture
✅ better balance
✅ avoid injuries
✅ reduce back pain + lower body injury
✅ back pain PREVENTION!
✅ improve flexibility
✅ improve running

🫨But how can I strengthen my core ??? You may ask

🐣Dr. Leslie took care of this amazing mama throughout multiple pregnancies & knows the importance of the first adjustment after birth!
👶🏼Mama knew she had to call it in & get her new little one checked after birth! 🤩😻

1️⃣ Today marks one year (!!) of moving there, from a previously shared space!
🥰We’re feeling a little nostalgic and a LOT thankful today, so sharing some throwback behind the scenes of the making of the Atlantic Way Chiro space you now know and love!! 🤩
👀 Going into businesses and offices, we never thought much about all that went into putting it together (now it’s ALL we think about🤣).
❤️‍🔥A lot of time, energy, sweat, and love was put into our space to make it feel like a second home, and we hope that it shows when you visit each time!
🩻 Thank you to our incredible patients and community, we absolutely wouldn’t be here without you!

👯‍♂️We also couldn’t have done it without our awesomely helpful friends who thankfully are great at building furniture !!!
