I believe our goal as parents is to not give our kids but we never got, but rather to teach them what we were never taught.
I wish my parents wouldāve introduced the wonderful world of mindfulness, emotional intelligence and cognitive fitness to me when I was young. I know it couldāve helped me navigate a lot of the pain and difficulty I put myself into over the years.
