I’m about to give y’all a brief rundown on how the AT HOME PLAN works. 1. We have a conversation about your health. 2. Based on what you tell me, I make your at home plan. 3. The plan starts on an every OTHER day basis (4 day plan starting off). 4. The at home plan starts off with ONE exercise per day for the first 3 days, and the 4th day will consist of 2 workouts. However, the second exercise will be a cool down. This is the BEGINNING WEEK. 5. The second week will be your PERMANENT at home plan. The permanent plan will consist of TWO workouts every other day. Your PERMANENT AT HOME PLAN will be no longer than 15 minutes. This plan ALSO comes with Nutrition tips. There is a ONE TIME PAYMENT y’all. You can always contact me to add more days on your plan , and it is NO CHARGE. Each plan will be used for a good length of time. There is NO weekly, monthly, or annually charge. With this being said, lets get healthy🗣🤝.
Gym plan: 1. We have a conversation about your health. 2. We set up a date where I can meet you at your gym. 3. Based on the conversation we have, I will show you what to do and how many times to do it. 4. From there, it is on the individual to put in the work. You can always contact me with questions, etc. 5. There is only an ONE time payment per plan. Just like the at home plan, you will be using this plan for a great amount of time. This plan ALSO comes with nutrition tips as well. With that being said, lets get healthy🗣🏋🏾♂️🤝.
Wassup y’all... I just wanted to let y’all know that kids that are 8 and above can use the at home plan because it doesn’t require weights🙌🏾🏃🏽♂️. Start them early , so they can form a habit of being physically fit, etc🕺🏿.

Wassup y’all✌🏾 My name is Talvin Phillips, and I was born and raised in Memphis, TN〽️. Currently, I’m pursuing a major in PETE(Physical Education For Teacher Education) and a minor in Nutrition and Health/Wellness🍎. Those two pictures of me are a little over a year old, and I lost 50+ pounds🙏. The plan was to drop fat and gain muscle. I did this without any supplements! I relied on better eating habits and working out consistently🏋🏾♂️🍓. I have completed 3 exercise science classes at the University of Memphis(pic below)🙏🏾. With all of this being said, I just ask that you give me a chance to help you live a healthier lifestyle and get fit🏋🏾♂️🏃♀️.
