You were created to assume a place of authority in this world! We are created in an image and likeness of God! You are who you were created to be and NOT in the light of what you were told by the world. So, give yourself permission to gracefully walk into your unique image; and access your position of authority and dominion. Now BREATHE and BIRTH your mind, body, soul, and life into being EMPOWERED!

Hello Ladies & Thank U for joining Faith in Training! I just wanted to give you ladies a WARM welcome! Please feel free to interact & post with FIT! I created this platform to give women an outlet from everyday turmoil! I love the saying, Life takes you places that U don’t want to go! Women are such a vital component in life, but sometimes we are overlooked and underrated! So let’s encourage each other with discussion and forums. How did I get here? When did I get here? Wait have I been here before or all along? It’s an amazing story they say. It’s a miracle they say, but the question is how did I get here?

I got here from sin. I got here from grace. I got here from laughter. I got here from pain. I got here because I was running. I got here because of God!
It was a clear and sunny day with a path so clear that it seemed unusual and almost special! One day changed everything in me. Changed me to want to be more. Changed me to want more from God. Changed me to expect less of people. Changed me to believe more and more in happenstance. Are changes only good for the mind or are they good for the heart.

The mind can coerce you into believing your living your best life. You will think that your grounded and safe in the world you live in. The surprise is minds rest only because of a healed heart. How do you get to a healed heart. Listen the journey is real. The journey is filled with scars that should have or you may have even thought that you truly forgave the circumstance and all concerned. The journey is supposed to make you aware of your healed flaws. Healed flaws are circumstances I have presumably dealt with and gotten over but something will trigger that same hurt and then you discover that I’m not healed at all. I only masked the hurt by sweeping it under the rug! The rug is bulky now ok! I’ve got to begin to deal with these circumstances in order to clean my heart.

Journey ME

Life Circumstances, Life Tragedy, Life Cycles, and Repeat Offenders will scar you! So do we regroup to rebuild or do we put that “Domino Wall” up? Do we put that “Elaborate Mask” on? Listen, let me tell you it’s easy and instant almost to put up a new wall and add a new mask! But hard as hell to chip at that wall and camouflage impaired feelings at face value!

We must learn to regroup to rebuild for the LAST time! Putting a wall up and piling masks on for others is only throwing salt on tainted circumstance, tragedy, repeat offenders, and cycles! Spiritual Solitude and YOU will heal your heart and mind from those walls, repeat offenders, and masks. Why let people just throw their salty emotions on you? Who authorized you to sort other’s emotions and file yours away like sweepings!

It’s time to give and reveal a Public Emotion Notice! Listen take a profound deep breath and tell yourself JOURNEY ME as that breath releases from your soul! Be free in your spirit and let people deal with their own possession of emotions. Why are we doing this, simply because our emotions are critical to our crucial life! And dammit we just deserve it! Besides who wants to pick up all of those walls, if the domino effect arises?

I challenge and encourage you to remove masks and walls! It’s owed to Self, isn’t it!? YES! So why not join the “Empowerment Movement!? We all want the same dynamic effect! We all want to feel empowered enough to endure our path’s indiscretions. We ultimately want to Uniquely FIT!
