The History Of Moolah Court

MOOLAH - an Arabic word meaning "Title for one learned in teaching dignity for Islamic law and religion."

It was also announced that on May 2, 1912, Moolah Temple #54 was re-chartered by the Imperial Council.

On August 19, 1912, Washington, DC, at the 3rd Annual Session of Imperial Court, a fee of $5.00 was submitted to establish a Court in Memphis, TN. August 6, 1913, Indianapolis, Indiana, Dt. Anna L. Harris was a delegate that represented Memphis Court No. 22 at the 4th Annual Session (Imperial Court Proceedings 1st -5th editions).

According to archived history by Dt. Artemisia J. Junier of Mizraim Court No. 110, this Court was Chartered in 1920.
