POSITION TITLE: Outbound Coordinator

Experience: 1-2 years lead or supervisory experience

Forklift certified.

Ensuring that staff are motivated, monitored and measured in line with company targets and performance standards. Responsible for making sure that any gaps in performance or quality are quickly identified and addressed. Producing accurate reports on team performance for management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Review daily priorities & adjust labor as needed.
Verify equipment safety checks performed.
Verify safe unloading processes.
Assign orders.
Be available for questions and concerns from group.
Ensure seal inspection before unloading.
100% audit conducted on all OB loads.
Perform Picking /RTS Audits Ensure processes and procedures are followed.
Coordinate with fellow Leads regarding labor.
Report any Outbound EDI troubles to customer.
Enforce constant housekeeping throughout the workday.
Monitor the picking status continuously.
Work with pickers and the picking team lead to ensure all orders are fulfilled correctly.
Ensure all shipments are picked and staged one day prior to expected shipment date.
Monitor and check on auditing process and verify all trucks before leaving the dock.
Ensure the auditor/loader gets the driver sheet, choke the trucks, and put a landing gear lock on before any loading can begin.
Verify paperwork against the driver sheet, pick ticket, and BPL before loading any truck.
Ensure audit process is being followed.
Verify all paperwork is being filled out correctly before turning into the office for seals.
Ensure processes are being followed: Picking, Shipping/ loading/Damages.
Send Outbound EOD Report/ Security
Dock doors are locked down and secured on EOD.
RF scan guns/ Radios/Forklifts checked In.
Review inbound damages with Damage Lead.
Audit Receiving for Damages
