Shout out to AMEF Vice Chair Daryl Lewis for attending the ceremony for the City of Memphis and accepting our grant from the Community Housing Foundation. We were awarded a $15,000 grant to be used for our programs. Thanks to the Board for seeking out this grant.

What if a first time home buyer could get Down Payment Assistance and closing cost from several sources (AT ONE TIME) to where they got into the house for nothing more than $1500.00?

is it possible? YES! IT IS; however, as my mama used to say, "Closed mouths don't get fed."
