Distractions, by Dirty Streets 08/06/2024

New music from the Dirty Streets! Fifth album out by Dirty Streets. Random Color Vinyl. Limited pressing.

https://dirtystreets.bandcamp.com/album/distractions

Dirty Streets is a heavy-power trio from Memphis, Tennessee that plays a raw, rowdy blend of rock, blues, soul, and other influences. Their sound has been described as "vintage, antique, classic, and flat-out smoking" and draws inspiration from artists like Howlin' Wolf, Wilson Pickett, Hendrix, and Donovan. The band's music has echoes of Motown, Stax, jazz, and acoustic balladry, and some say it's a tastefully rough and rawer side of rock.
