This past weekend, we traveled with 55 students to MIST Nashville, winning best overall team for the 3rd year in a row and the cleanest team superlative. 🏆

Our Story
Memphis has always been a very unique city and a growing city as well. The Muslim community is reflected in that same spirit. We are continuously growing and bringing in new people, new ideas, and new talent. The one thing that was lacking for many years was a youth and young adult presence within the Muslim community. There were plenty of young Muslims. There just wasn't anything for them to be invested in. Change was needed and thus behind the minds of young Muslims born and raised in Memphis...901 Ummah was created.
The purpose is to provide mentorship, cultivate talent, and provide programs and opportunities to the entire community behind the skills and passions of young adults from the ages of 13-30.
Every person has a certain passion and talent. Some already know it. Others need that extra push to find it. Through 901 Ummah, they are provided with the resources, tools, and support needed to use that talent to the best of their ability and give back to the community all while pursuing their calling in life.
