INVENTORY COUNTER $15-$17 depending of experience
Hours: 6am-4pm M-Th

Duties: Counts entire plant inventory or a weekly/biweekly schedule. Inputs information counted onto inventory spreadsheets and sent to Info./Inv. Specialist to be checked. Handles checking all receivers into the building after being unloaded by a forklift driver.
Requirements:
• 3-5 years verifiable experience in data entry
• Ability to use personal computer
• Proficient in relevant computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Office, Power Point, Internet Skills, Spreadsheet and Database Creation
• Must be able to balance multiple task, Good communication skills, Confidentiality, planning and organizing and attention to detail
• Must be able to compute numbers up to 1,000,000’s
• Ability to perform these units using American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions
• Must understand measurements and be able to read use a tape measure
• High School Diploma or GED
• Two year minimum Inventory Control Experience

LEAD PERSON $17-18 depending of experience
Hours: 6am-4pm M-Th

Duties: Ability to read a tape measure down to the 32nd of an inch. Must be punctual on a daily basis. Have full knowledge of all mullion and specialty department parts. Observes machine operation work piece dimensions to determine the accuracy of machine operation.
Requirements:
• Ability to read a limited number of two- and three- syllable words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and between series of numbers
• Ability to print legibly and speak simple sentences
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and multiply and divide using
• Ability to perform these units using American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance
• Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out simple instructions
• Being bilingual is a plus
• Ability to manage/lead 2-15 fellow employees at a time
• Ability to learn adhere to and enforce all policies and procedures
• Must possess leadership skills and the ability to motivate employees to produce the best quality product possible while running at or above our efficiency standards

EXTRUSION TECH 1 $16-$18 depending on experience
Hours: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am M-W

Duties: Understand and manage production paperwork accurately and with good penmanship. Must understand and know how to follow order sheets for production. Have basic knowledge of run sheets. Must be able to read a tape measure down to a 1/16th. Must be able to operate and understand calipers.
Requirements:
• Ability to read a limited number of two- and three-syllable English words and to recognize similarities and differences between words and series of numbers.
• Ability to print and speak simple English sentences
• Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s.
• Ability to perform these operations using of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.

CSR Job Description:

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for generating paperwork for both inbound and outbound loads. They communicate with local drivers, over the road drivers, and the drivers who shuttle the product from Ardagh’s plant. All of which are not Buske employees. The CSR is stationed in the Shipping and Receiving office where they will spend the majority of their shift. Patience is a must in this role as over my years in this industry I have learned OTR drives can be difficult when forced to wait. We use two inventory systems SAP for Ardagh’s visibility and Synapse for Buske. Previous experience in either will typically give someone an edge over another candidate. We typically interview several candidates for this position.

The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for all clerical functions including (but not limited to) entering Bill of Lading, inventory reconciliation, data entry and validation, scheduling, and assisting customers with general inquires.

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required
Experience in a fast-paced environment
Experience in Microsoft products including Outlook and Teams
Outstanding written and verbal communication and interpersonal abilities
Working knowledge of AS400/SAP and WMS systems a plus
