Why provide integrated care?
Because individuals living with mental health conditions have a higher rate of physical health conditions and have a life expectancy up to 27 years shorter than individuals who do not have a mental health condition.
We provide individualized recovery, mental, and primary healthcare services based on each personβs own unique strengths, abilities, needs, and preferences.

It was a great day for a great cause this past weekend at Breaking The Stigma Car Show!
To live your best life and stay physically and mentally healthy, a good diet, exercise, and seven hours of sleep should be a part of the equation.
If youβre hitting all three, thatβs great. However, many unexpected factors can affect your health negatively, and you likely deal with several of them daily.
Our latest blog post lists a few unexpected factors that can impact your well-being and how to avoid their adverse effects.

We are proud funders and supporters of the Early-Intervention program of Crossroads Health! Thanks to our generous donors, 650 children received the help they needed last year. The program is critical to enhancing cognitive, social, and emotional development during essential periods of growth for children in need. Our support helps reduce the future need for intensive services.
We offer recovery, mental health, and primary care services for ALL people. Happy ! π³οΈβππ³οΈββ§οΈ

It is with a very heavy heart that we share the sad news that long-time board member and honorary board member, Gail Allison, passed away on May 18th.
Gail was an amazing person and a vital part of the New Directions and Crossroads Health family. She is dearly missed.
