Mindful Monday. Haaaaa I am firmly supported by the ground, which is firmly supported by the universe. I can return to this place anytime I need to. Breathing in I am supported and connected to all things, breathing out disconnection.
This is my night mantra. It has a very different meaning today. Thick nat han has died. He lived a life of peace, mindfulness, and radical acceptance and compassion. Let us try to live his principles to the best of our ability. The world within and around us could be an incredible, peaceful place.

Happy Friday! Gentle reminder, you are the most important person in your universe! ?
! Happy hump day… it’s Wednesday wellness time. Something I intentionally do is try to challenge myself to get uncomfortable. The way I see it, it is the only way through. It starts at birth, and it never stops. Growing is literally painful, transforming is literally some of the most difficult work we could ever do. And, getting uncomfortable through growth and self compassion are probably the most important gifts we can give to ourselves. How are you gonna get uncomfortable today?
Thoughtful Thursday! There are so many ways to practice mindfulness, and intentional gratitude practice is a great way. This could be structured gratitude practice (such as documenting in apps, saving ideas in notes on your phone, or using notifications to remind us,) or more unstructured practice like intensionally picking an avenue to identify what your grateful for (for example, every time you eat, have dessert, talk to someone you love, or are out in nature.) The thing about gratitude, is it doesn’t mean a whole lot if it’s not expressed either to yourself, or to someone or some thing that you’re grateful towards! It’s like wrapping the most amazing, beautiful, thoughtful present... and never giving it to someone. How are you going to cultivate and express gratitude today?
