Hey, Candle Fam!
I wanted to give you a little life update…I am still recovering from major abdominal surgery but definitely growing restless, sneaking in some candle and soap orders and getting lots of shipping done.
Unfortunately I will be heading back to the hospital again next week for surgery, a brief stay and another lengthy recovery.
I will be pausing the website after this weekend while I recover.
Thank you for the texts, calls and messages. I appreciate all of you so much and I look forward to finding my new normal.

When I made the decision to close the Candle Shop and transition exclusively to online sales my goal was to focus more on my family and my health. It was a difficult choice but one that was more necessary than I could have imagined.
I will be enjoying a short stay in the hospital at the beginning of March followed by a pretty lengthy recovery period. During that time I will be pausing the website.
I will be busy pouring and shipping until the website becomes closed for maintenance on Feb 29.
Thank you for your patience and continued support. I have missed visiting with so many of you and love that I can still share candles and soaps through the mail 😊

The past 3 1/2 years have been amazing for our family. I could not have imagined a better community to share my passion for candles with, which makes this announcement bittersweet.
As our family grows, our responsibilities have changed. This has lead us to reprioritize our time and focus, starting with The Candle Shop.
We have make the decision to transition to online sales and close the Meredith Candle Shop. The last day to visit the shop will be December 23, 2023. We are working on a plan to provide “pick up” orders locally. Stay tuned for updates.
