One of my biggest goals in my personal life and in my business is to be genuine, authentic and honest. A little lesser know fact is that I value the relationships that are built with my clients over the actual transactional piece itself- if I'm being totally honest. Don’t get me wrong, I love being successful as much as the next person but with so many of my clients who are relocating to the area I want the relationship to carry on AFTER the transaction is done. I love when clients reach out and even more so when I can help them get connected and integrated to their new community. Be that job opportunities, friends, likeminded individuals, recommendations to local shops, restaurants, which doctors or hair dressers I’d recommend, whatever. Geothermal water in Idaho is hot because it is heated from within the Earth's crust, forcing it up to the surface where pools are developed or form naturally near the outflow. 90% percent of Idaho's 340 hot springs are the result of leftover energy heating water near fault lines whereas the remaining hot springs are traditionally heated by volcanic activity.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

MEET JESSICA DOSS, RELOCATION EXPERT, REALTOR®

Jessica is a born and raised Boise native. Having spent nearly her entire life in the area, she loves the beautiful things this state offers. Boise truly is “the best kept secret in the West” and with some of the most friendly people in the country it appeals to many lifestyles. With the mountains a couple of hours away, foothills in the backyard and river running through it, what’s not to love?

Why real estate? Jessica recently built her own home in Meridian and absolutely LOVED every step of the process. It was here that her love of interior design and creating a home ignited. Against the advisement of her builder, she plunged headfirst into being out of the box and incorporating unconventional design features that inspired her into house plans. She was not afraid of being unique and different, and in the end, her home was one of a kind. As the project neared completion, Jessica’s builder came to admire the outcome of her creativity and began incorporating many of those same design features into his personal home build. The excitement of creating something ornate and succeeding was profoundly rewarding for her.

For Jessica, the home finding process is similar in nature. It’s important to find what you love and what inspires you and then reach for it! The process should be fun, unique, even out of box at times. And you know what? Your realtor should be no different. Jessica is different because she truly likes to help people. So if you want someone who is kind, fun loving, approachable and who will TRULY put your interests first, she is your girl! Jessica believes in developing trusting relationships by listening and understanding each of her client’s unique circumstances. Her strong moral compass, attention to detail and organizational skills enable her to act as a strong advocate for her clients to accomplish their goals.

When Jessica is not doing real estate, she loves spending time with the 3.5 men in her life: her husband, their two little boys, their labrador mix, Matus, and Great Pyrenees, Maverick. Together, they love to get outside and experience new things. Jessica enjoys playing sports so naturally, being physically active is a big part of her life. As a result, she trains fitness classes at a local gym in town. One of her biggest passions is traveling. She loves to get out and see the world and all it has to offer. She has visited several countries and has plans to visit many more in the future and hopes to instill that enthusiasm for new places and experiences into her kids.
