I love referrals! These folks came to me, from Montana, ready to move to Boise, and I already feel like I have two new friends. This was a really fun project, a long play, and a team effort. My dad, Gary Asin, former builder and developer, did the ground work over the past two years, and split and developed the parcel. My brother, Scott Asin came in to build the house on the right, with an option on what to do with the remaining house in the front. We decided not to remodel the front house, and I was able to secure a buyer off market. A few days later, I got the remaining lot under contract. Two weeks later we are closed out on the project while one family is thrilled with their fabulous new Asin General Contractors custom home, another family is busy planning to build their dream home, and an old home is getting a full remodel and facelift. A true family affair all the way around. If you want it done right, hire a local with roots and contacts to get the job done!

I absolutely LOVE real estate! I get to work with the coolest people, and I will never tire of seeing those happy faces when handing over keys to new homeowners. Pretty awesome.
