This is a great article from Redfin about their predictions for the housing market next year, overall I feel like they may be pretty accurate. In brief, they predict there will be more supply, slightly lower rates, and prices will be about 1% lower. Demand is still staying strong. No one knows for sure what will happen but I do think we will see more stability.
