What a whirlwind! I met these clients on a Wednesday, their offer was accepted the following Monday, and we closed on their brand new beautiful home 3 weeks later! They snuck in during those 2 weeks when rates dipped below 6% and the builder was giving a very generous price cut. It is nearly impossible to try and time the market but I think these guys had pretty good timing🙌🏻

I wanted to give a quick intro in case you’re new around here. I am a Licensed Realtor® in Idaho— more specifically Boise, Meridian, Eagle area.

I actually grew up in the heart of Meridian Idaho just down the street from what used to be corn fields and a stop sign, now known as The Village. I watched my little hometown blossom into one of the nations top 10 best places to live and with that helped many amazing families find their perfect place to call idahome.

I am married to my hunky firefighter husband and the mother to 3 adorable kiddos, twins who are 10 years old and my little princess who is 5 years old. They keep my life full of color… and noise! Lol

Fun fact: My husband, myself, and all 3 of our kids were born at the same hospital here in Boise! Isn’t that crazy?

Aside from real estate, my passions include long walks by the Boise river, hot yoga, spending time with my family, hiking, and seeing the world. This week has shown 203 newly pending sales, which is up +14% compared to this same week last year. This is the first time we have seen an increase in new contracts in Ada County since May of 2022. The uptick is a direct result of lowered interest rates which are now on average in the low 6’s🙌🏻

It’s no secret the market has slowed down but things are still moving, pun intended😉
