Good morning and Happy Tuesday. Unfortunately 2024 thinks it’s a real comedien and thought we needed another flood . Last night the Sprinkler system in the building burst and flooded our side of the building. The fire alarm and fire suppression systems were both destroyed so even the units not flooded are unable to be occupied . At this point we do not know the extent of the water damage to the walls , floors and equipment . We will be closed until further notice .
