It's days like today that I look forward to the most. The chill of the moist breeze against my face awakening me to a lazy day filled with love and snuggles.

Today, the fire crackles and sings in the hearth of the home, reminding us that we are never alone. Whether you have family and friends or spirits and ghosts. On a day like today you will feel love the most.

The Truth

A lot of people look up to me for advice on how to cope or move through sadness. I'm not gonna be your typical Spiritual teacher.. because I'm not your typical human. If you want me to tell you to go on a water fast and give up all your vices you would be in the wrong space. I walk the line like Johnny Cash and always have. I greet my darkness with a shot of whiskey and kill my pain with sad country songs. The key is knowing when to hold em and knowing when to fold em. I'm not a Guru or a Saint, I'm a real mothaf**ka going through the journey of life like the rest of you and I will keep it as 100 as I possibly can with y'all. Tonight, is karaoke night. Tonight, I greet the ancestors with the same energy they had in life and in this moment we celebrate. Johnny Walker Black and The Highwaymen. Whatever we spill is the Angels Share and these Angels know how to deliver love to a broken soul. Missing my brother more than ever. When you know someone as fu***ng majestic as him you know a love that transcends all dimensions and you honor that s**t. Spirit always calls me a hillbilly and I'm not ashamed to slap the back of my neck drink a shot or two and dance like a redneck lunatic around my living room while folding laundry and handling life s**t. Spirit and me, well we just coincide and we make every day as beautiful as possible even as I cough the green s**t from my lungs. It's a fu***ng party and a celebration for another day of life filled with the love of my family.

🍻🎄 Christmas Visitation 🎄🍻

My husband once told me a story about when he was a little boy and he placed food on the ofrenda for Dia de Los Mu***os and he tasted it later and it had no flavor because the Spirits of the Dead had partook. So on Dia de Los Mu***os I placed a Modelo on the ofrenda for my brother Adam and I sprinkled some Christmas buds in his candle. I left the beer there until tonight when I felt the urge to karaoke and drink while cleaning. I opened the beer that I had left for him and it smelt like someone had hotboxed a blunt in a car with the windows closed. I took a sip and it was like I was drinking pure w**d 🤣. I'm not complaining that s**t tastes so good and my brother knows I love the taste but can't smoke because it will lay me completely out. So my brother over here skunking up the beers and we are having cheers while cleaning up for the ugly Christmas Sweater party which he guarantees will be a blast. I miss him so fu***ng much, but I love the ways that he shows up.

🎅🏽🐻🤮 Crazy Meditation - Holiday Style 🤮🐻🎅🏼

Last night, I lay in my bed and closed my eyes. Immediately lights started forming shapes on the back of my eyelids. A face started to form, it was my dad wearing his iconic aviator shades and as soon as he showed up his face began to morph into that of my little brother and of course my brother was wearing his glasses as well. They both showed up in their transitional lenses and I could see the color shift. My dad, Adam and I all have these lenses because we are part of the cool kids crew forever, lol.🕴🏼🕶️

As they appeared in my mind, I chatted with them for a bit and before long their faces faded and a huge train appeared. I've been really tired and we country AF so if you know about the song where momma gets hit by the train; well they were using that as a reference for how I feel and this train ran up on my face like it went through me, I had to catch my fu***ng breath for a second, s**t startled me, I was hit. I could hear my family laughing in my mind and then the train turned into a side view like the Polar Express Train. I saw my Dad on the train he was the ticket collector and then my little brother appeared and instead of a ticket he handed my Dad a watch that he took off of his wrist. I knew in that moment that what he was saying time is not relevant or even real in the Grand scheme of things it's a thing for the living in this life and when my brother handed my Daddy that watch I knew it meant that we will always be together because time is only an illusion of the human mind and our souls will find each other again when our "time" here expires. S**t our souls never lose each other they are with me all the time. ⌛

After the train experience, I saw my Dad as Santa on the sleigh and my brother was with him. He was saying it was his first sleigh ride and my dad handed him the reigns. It felt like I was on the sleigh with them and they drove that fu**er like they were crazy. It felt like I was gonna throw up as we went through the sky twisting, turning and flipping upside down. I threw up out of the side of the sleigh and my vomit instantly turned to glitter. I guess you can't be puking on families houses in Santas sleigh, have to keep it beautiful and magical; glitter puke and all. I almost s**t my pants too as we were on this sleigh ride with my maniacal family on the otherside but luckily they spared me, so I never got to see if I s**t glitter too! ✨💩

I always tell you guys meditation does not have to be boring, it can unite you with your loved ones and you can have one hell of a time laughing your ass off. These experiences keep me connected and help me to heal and make it through life until I see my loved ones again.

After the meditation, I was scrolling through Facebook and this little app appeared that makes music from the stars at a certain point in tone and I felt my brother guide me to enter in the day and time that he passed. He wanted me to know that even though that moment killed a piece of my heart forever it was one that was very beautiful because he sang and danced with the stars and will continue to do so forever and that every night when I go outside and wish on those stars saying God Bless my family, he is in fact up there making sure that s**t happens! God bless my family and yours. 🌟

𝐃𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟 𝐭𝐨 𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐞𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬?

This is a tricky question for me because it's definitely not black and white. I do allow myself the full range of human emotion from euphoria to intense rage and all the emotions in between.

However, when I feel the heavier emotions many times I have to push them deep down in order to accomplish what needs to be done in my day and to ensure I don't allow my emotional energy to affect those that I love.

As a mother my child comes first and I can't just break down in front of him, so I purposely bypass those emotions until I'm in a better space to handle them. I'm highly sensitive to all energy and I feel everything very deeply but throughout my lifetime as a survival mechanism I have learned to guard myself from my own emotions because if I don't they will attack me from within and send me into a downward mental spiral.

I am also very fortunate to be in constant contact with my loved ones on the otherside so when I'm feeling intense emotions I talk to them about it and many times when I'm angry I cuss and bitch about it to them internally so I can release that energy without causing harm to the living. It sounds fu**ed up but spirit encourages it so I can purge negativity and then after the release we are all good and back to business as usual. Spirit understands every aspect of who I am without judgement and I am grateful for that. They even crack jokes or try to spook me to get me to focus on something else. I love them.

Many times memories pop up and remind me of my loved ones who have transitioned and I have to fight back my tears so my little bear doesn't see me crying because he just wouldn't understand and I don't want him absorbing my energy. So I make funny faces or pretend to sneeze in order to keep those tears from falling. Songs make me cry, movies make me cry, feeling immense love makes me cry, it's really ridiculous how sensitive I am but thankfully, I have learned to fight the tears because honestly, I can't spend multiple hours a day crying and besides crying gives me migraines, it literally hurts so it is no bueno.

How do you all handle the full range of your beautiful emotions? Maybe we can utilize each other's strategies to find healthier ways to embrace and or move through our various emotional states.

For those of you who have watched "Escaping Twin Flames" on Netflix, what are your thoughts? Mine are below and I have been saying this for years. 🔥

My Thoughts 👇🏼
I believe we have free will and we get to choose who we want to give our energy to. The "twin flame" theory causes people to lose their s**t and act irrationally by staying in toxic relationships or becoming a toxic person by trying to force your will on another. Each relationship you have is meant to teach you and help you to grow but ultimately you choose to stay in a relationship or leave it behind.

After going through the traumatic experience of having my wisdom teeth pried out of my mouth yesterday with the use of extreme force, I finally found myself under the influence of 800mg of Ibuprofen laying in me wee bed surrounded by care bears that each represent one of my dead loved ones. (Yes, I know I'm weird and yes, I talk to them to.) Care Bear Stare 🌈🐻

I didn't have to wait very long it's as if my eyes shut with a thud and I drifted off into a "drug induced" dream state that felt oh so very, nice. In my dreams, I was visited one by one by my loved ones on the otherside. My Dad, my Brother, my Grandmothers and my Sister from another mister all showed up. They came one by one and gently caressed my swollen face and as my dreams would try to shift to something stressful or negative, I felt my loved ones guide them gently back to peacefulness. 😴🥱😌

Yesterday, was traumatic but my guides more than made up for that by showing up with immense love and compassion in my dreams. As the ibuprofen began to wear off, I could feel the pain start again in my sleep and they gently woke me up to get more meds and accomplish the days tasks ahead of schedule so I could go back to my care bear nest and sleep once more. I truly am blessed by my family, loved ones and angels on the otherside and I am so grateful that they show up for me each and every moment of my life. 👻💙
