First time competitors putting their trust in me is amazing!

They each have their own story to tell on this journey and they all have the same end goal bringing the best version of themselves pushing limits they didn’t think possible.

I cannot wait to share that moment with each individual as they accomplish that goal 🔥

4 days of no training over 40hrs worth of travel time and we still managed to keep track not nutrition on top of taking care of my family during hard times.

You can make excuses or you can make it happen it’s all up to you.

We greatly appreciate everyone in our community for your patience understanding and support this week.

In 2022 I stepped on stage for the first time officially and weeks later I looked terrible like I didn’t even compete. I slacked on the rebound ate everything in sight and struggled with binging enjoying life a little too much.

2024 as soon as I stepped off stage I was on a mission the job is never done every day is treated as if it’s prep strive to be better and put myself in a better position

Moral here is the job never ends food will always be around just build a better relationship with it use every meal as fuel keep the end goal in mind at all times
