The Pirate Battalion represented at the Robotics Nationals tournament for the past three day. Team 66875B (William Johnson and Samaria Mitchell) placing 9 of 69 and Team 66875C (Mathew Alumbaugh and Kyler Beuvink) placing 55 of 69 in their divisions.

Cadet William Johnson and Cadet Samaria Mitchell finished the qualifiers with a record of 7-3. Advancing and winning the pre- quarterfinals. Ultimately getting knocked out in the quarterfinals.

So proud of all the work these students have put in this year. Poteet had 2 of the 9 teams in Mesquite to qualify for this invitation only event.

Exciting news!
Registration is now open for our second Lessons por Vida this September. We’ve also opened the event to include juniors along w seniors.
LPV II will feature sessions on money basics, simple auto repair, table etiquette and CPR instruction along with a college student Q&A at on Sept. 16! Breakfast and lunch provided.
