The median sales price of a residential home in Florida's East Coast dipped again in October 2021. Contributing to the dip is the decrease in inventory available in some areas and price ranges. Seasonal downturns also contributed. The winter "high season" is about to start and purchasing interest remains strong. According to the National Association of REALTORS, Florida is the top destination for international buyers, with 22% of respondents to a recent survey indicating interest or investment activity in Florida, outpacing California and Texas by a fairly wide margin. Prospects are more likely to purchase at this time because of the current Inflation rates and low mortgage interest rates.
