Super cool restaurant by and in the ❤️ of downtown Miami
has been opened for only 9 months and has been killing it! It’s not easy to get a reservation, so make sure you give yourself at least a week’s notice. The atmosphere, food quality and service were top notch!

As it turns out, Jeff Bezos wasn’t quite done buying properties on Miami’s Indian Creek Island, a.k.a. “Billionaire Bunker.” The Amazon founder just quietly spent a reported $90 million to add a third property on the ultra-exclusive, man-made isle to his extensive real estate portfolio, according to Bloomberg.

In August 2023, Bezos dropped $68 million on his first Indian Creek parcel, a nearly three-acre property with a 9,259-square-foot concrete house. Just two months later, he bought the neighboring $79 million Mediterranean-style mansion

SO…YOU WANT TO BE A REALTOR

There is a lot of talk in the news about real estate agent commissions. They LOVE what they do and they do it because they LOVE helping people but there is almost always a huge misconception on what they do and how they get paid. It's not a secret so here ya go...😊

The average FULL TIME REALTOR’s earnings last year was $31,900 @ 40+ hours a week. (Notice I wrote full time 40+ hours not 0-20 hours a week) which is well below the living wage. As a REALTOR they do not get paid a hourly wage or salary and they
only get paid if they sell a home and it closes. They can only get paid by broker to broker. As an agent you could work with someone days, weeks, months, or years with no guarantee of a sale ever.

Essentially they wake up each day unemployed going on Job Interviews and they deal with constant rejection. They dedicate time away from family, use our time, gas, pay for babysitters, miss dinner and weekends and rarely take vacations. They are on 24/7! You constantly need to be on, or you could miss an opportunity. Once they do close a home, half goes to the other persons agent from the remaining half. They have lots of upfront expenses that must be paid out before they even get paid:

One of the world's most exclusive hospitality brands, Rosewood, manages this luxury development. This new development is located on the coastline between Boca Raton and Pompano Beach in an area known as ‘Millionaire Mile.’

The project is set to be completed in 2026, split between 70 beachfront residences and 22 coastal residences. The yacht-inspired architecture features curved balconies, floor-to-ceiling windows, and sprawling outdoor spaces. Inside, Dutch design superstar Studio Piet Boon has incorporated organic elements through an earthy color scheme, natural materials and textures like wood and limestone, and lush greenery. Residences will range from 2,800 to 6,400 square feet, and many will feature spacious living and dining rooms, bedrooms, walk-in closets, and private garages.

What should you do to prepare your home for beautiful pictures?

- Hide all the clutter. In the kitchen, leave only appliances and a fruit bowl: no coffee maker, no dish drying racks.
- Take down all personal photos. Leave a minimum of décor on shelves as possible.
- Remove small pieces of furniture that are there for convenience but not for decorative reasons.
- Hide dog bowls, kitty litter boxes, and other traces of animals.
- Put small vases of flowers throughout the home.
- Clean the house.
