Mental Health Awareness Month serves as a reminder that our mental well-being is just as crucial as our physical health. It offers an opportunity for individuals, communities, and organizations to come together and address the stigmas surrounding mental health issues, promote support networks, and advocate for better mental health care. Let explore ways we can contribute to fostering a more compassionate and inclusive society.
Studies have shown that children who have at least one positive relationship with a caring adult are more likely to succeed in school, form healthy relationships, and lead productive lives.
Positive childhood experiences can have a profound impact on a child's future. When children feel loved, supported, and safe, they are more likely to grow into well-adjusted, confident, and successful adults. Positive childhood experiences can also help children develop resilience, the ability to bounce back from challenges and adversity.
Happy Mother's Day to all the amazing mothers out there! Your love, strength, and unwavering support are the foundation of so many families and communities. Today, we celebrate all the selfless sacrifices you make every day and recognize the incredible impact you have on the lives of those around you. Thank you for all that you do! 💕
May is National Foster Care Month which is a time to celebrate caregivers and the system that makes foster care possible. Every two minutes a child is placed into the foster care system. Currently, there are more than 400,000 children in the system at any given time.

Achieving the incredible requires many tiny measures of effort, each one leading to great accomplishment. When we bring them all together, miraculous outcomes are possible!
This week marks an important reminder for us all - preventing child abuse and neglect is everyone's responsibility. Unfortunately, child abuse and neglect continue to impact millions of children worldwide every year. It robs them of their childhood and has long-lasting effects on their physical, emotional, and social well-being. We can all take steps to create positive childhood experiences for the children in our lives. Whether it's volunteering with a youth organization, checking in on a neighbor's child, or advocating for policies that support families, we can all make a difference. Let us all work together to build a brighter future for our children.
Positive childhood experiences can lay the foundation for strong, healthy futures for children and families. However, the sad truth is that child abuse and neglect is all too common in our society. As a nonprofit organization dedicated to preventing child abuse and neglect, we know that prevention is the key to creating a brighter future for children.
Let's be the change we wish to see in the world! 💚🌍 From small daily habits to big-picture activism, we can all contribute to making our planet a more sustainable and livable place. Whether it's biking instead of driving, composting food waste, supporting eco-friendly businesses, or advocating for policy change, every action adds up! Together, let's inspire and empower each other to create a brighter future for ourselves and generations to come. 🌞🌱
Together, we can make the world a better place to live in. Let's embrace sustainable practices, reduce our carbon footprint, and spread awareness about the importance of living in harmony with nature. Our planet deserves our love and care, and it's time to step up and do our part🌍❤️
Gender-based discrimination is still a common problem in many parts of the world, especially in the area of education. Despite international efforts and increased awareness about this issue, many countries still suffer from gaping inequalities between male and female students. This includes access to educational resources, opportunities for career development and more. If we want our future generations to have better lives and brighter futures, then it's essential that we take action now to tackle gender-based discrimination in education. Non profits play an important role in making sure that these types of injustices don't continue unchecked. By donating your time or resources to a cause that supports fairness and equality for all genders in education, you can help make sure those most affected by inequality are given the chance they deserve at success!
One of the most important benefits of education is that it provides individuals with the skills and knowledge needed to pursue their passions and interests. Whether it's learning to read and write, developing critical thinking skills, or mastering complex subjects like math and science, education provides individuals with the tools they need to achieve their goals.
In addition to providing practical skills, education also helps to foster personal growth and development. It encourages individuals to think creatively and to explore new ideas, leading to a greater sense of self-awareness and confidence. This, in turn, can help individuals to become more self-sufficient.
However, not everyone has access to quality education. Many children around the world face significant barriers to receiving an education, including poverty, discrimination, and lack of resources. Without access to education, these children may struggle to break out of the cycle of poverty and may be unable to achieve their full potential.
That's where Giving to Sustain comes in. Through their work, they help to provide educational opportunities to children in need. By supporting Giving to Sustain, donors can make a real difference in the lives of children around the world, helping them to achieve their dreams and make positive contributions to society.
Easter blessings to you from Giving to Sustain, a non-profit organization that is deeply committed to providing sustainable solutions to those who are most in need. As the world increasingly moves toward a sustainable future, women entrepreneurs are playing an essential role in driving transformation. They are often inspired by their own experiences of disadvantage and exclusion. This gives them a unique insight into the challenges faced by those around them, and a powerful motivation to create change. They are tackling some of the world's most pressing problems, from poverty and environmental degradation to gender inequality and sexual violence. In doing so, they are not only creating better lives for women and girls, but also laying the foundations for a more sustainable future for us all.

Entrepreneurs play a critical role in society. They create jobs, develop new technologies, and bring new products and services to market. And society needs entrepreneurs to thrive. Entrepreneurship powers our economy and fuels our social and cultural progress. But entrepreneurship cannot thrive without education.
Education helps people to acquire the knowledge, skills, and values they need to make informed decisions about their lives, their communities, and their environment. Education is essential for sustainable development.
Education, Entrepreneurs and Society work together to create opportunities for people to live their best lives. Entrepreneurs provide the vision and creativity, they strive to create value for society by solving problems and filling needs. Education helps people develop the knowledge and skills they need to be successful in life. It also prepares them to be good citizens and contribute to their communities. Society creates the framework within which we live and interact with others. It sets the norms and values that guide our behavior. Together, these three pillars provide the foundation for a sustainable future.
The importance of sports and arts in childhood development cannot be overstated. They provide children with the tools to overcome hardships, such as self-efficacy or confidence building skills that are so necessary for success later on when they grow up. Sports and Arts support childhood resilience – in war zones or other places of hardship – including self-efficacy and self-confidence.
The positive effects of sports on young people's mental health are well documented. These benefits last for years, if not life-time.
What would sustainable world look like?
By teaching children how to think critically and learn on their own, we are giving them the tools they need to thrive in any situation.
A good education is essential for sustainable future.
“Everything that is really great and inspiring is created by the individual who can labor in freedom.”

This holiday weekend, please consider helping a child in need.
It’s heartbreaking to think that there are children out there who are going to bed hungry. Rafael Ospina, my friend and amazing human, made it easy for us to do something about it – $10 donation will provide food for a hungry child for 5 days.
The children of Guajira come from a community that suffers from extreme poverty. They often go to bed hungry and have no one to turn to for help.
Rafael's nonprofit organization is changing that by providing two nutritious meals each day for almost 300 kids.
With our help, Rafael can continue to provide meals for the children of Guajira. Your donation will help these kids not only survive but also break the cycle of poverty and build a better future for themselves and their families.
100% of your donation goes towards feeding kids in need and it’s tax deductible.
