Here are the 3 things that will have Underwriters running to your client's submission first! 👟

1️⃣ Submit a FULL file! We know there is the saying Less is More, but in this case, More is Best! Prevent questions that could cause delays and conditions that could be thrown your client's way.

2️⃣ Explain the file! No one understands the loan file better than YOU. To prevent an underwriter from drawing any wrong conclusions... include a note with an explanation of your file. This can even help reduce conditions!

3️⃣ Preparing your income calculation sheet! Ensure everything listed is according to program guidelines and specifically lays out how you reached the figure you are disclosing. This will aid the underwriter in determining what you are trying to achieve. 👍
