Marble cake with cannoli filling iced first with ghiradelli chocolate ganache and covered with swiss meringue buttercream. Fresh flowers were used but sugar flowers or silks are an option. French macarons painted with edible food paint and edible 24k gold leaf applied to cake for decoration.
