We are putting on a Self Defense Seminar for the general population Saturday August 10th 1-5pm, only $30 per person!

We will cover the psychology of violence, identifying pre assault cues and body language, verbal de-escalation strategies, evasive footwork, an introduction to striking, grappling, and self defense weapons and tools. We will also discuss the often overlooked legal aftermath of a violent encounter.

This week, regular class schedule Monday to Wednesday and Friday. On July 4th, no regular classes. We will hold an open mat starting at 10am. All skill level are welcome; gi and no gi, or kickboxing. Look forward to training with y’all!

We are thrilled to be hosting Shivworks for an Edged Weapons Overview this coming February. Craig Douglas and his team are the leading authorities in the field on realistic self defense proceedings from initial contact through managing potentially deadly encounters.
