Eliminating OR Limiting Foods That Don't Serve Your Body

"So... what I can never eat these foods again?"
WRONG!

You are welcome to follow this guide however you may but that also means that your results (goals) may be slower to be reached. I never want a client of mine to feel restricted because to be honest, in the end you'll just binge what you've been craving and lacking there of.

What I do want is to gently challenge my client(s) in the beginning while also teaching them healthier habits to slowly encourage them to do it as a lifestyle.

For example, our first month together may be challenging as I would be enforcing a more strict approach however throughout the month together in moderation we could and would introduce those foods (less nutrient dense) again.
Maybe those five coffees a week turn into 3x/week instead and so on.

Use these lists to almost challenge yourself. See what's possible.

Just like the original P3 Package you'll get three sessions. However, what's special about this package is you'll get a 45 minute Hands-on session, a 40 minute Foot session as well as a 30 minute PCF (check services tab) session. Another form of therapy that is offered at Trinity Athletics & Recovery. Hands-on stretching is a great manual therapy but there's something unique about cupping even scraping. Through cupping as the practitioner I'm able to dive deeper within the fascia (muscle) than other modalities; penetrating through layers. Allowing for an effective, painless and therapeutic session(s) that not only my clients love but potentially even yourself.

Sports either aren't running or aren't as focused on conditioning during the summer. So what do you do? Rest, take it easy, maybe even begin working out preparing for Fall season, WRONG! Loaded Stretches are a great style of static stretching. Basically using an external force (weight) to help you get deeper into your stretches; safely. The added tension allows the body as it's contracting to "relax" the muscle itself into deeper elongation.

As you can see here I'm using the kettlebell to deepen my squat depth. A great hip opener before your leg focsued workouts.
