I'm curious. Who prefers(or doesn't) to have a steady partner that you work with everyday and why? Me personally I like that security and reliability knowing when I come in to the office my partner is gonna be there or vice versa. It's just nice. Plus when you get in that lane where both of you are on the same wave length moves go by so quick.
