Hello MUBB fans! We are raffling off two courtside tickets with BMO passes for February 25th's home game against Xavier! Each ticket is $50 and each ticket you purchase counts as an entry. Giving Tuesday is this Tuesday, 11/28. As you know, we are currently fundraising for a new powerboat, and we’d appreciate it greatly if you started out your holiday season with a gift to Marquette Sailing. We at MUST want to make sailing accessible for everyone and to do that we need to get on the water!
Inspired by our 70th anniversary this year, we are setting a goal of 70 donations by the end of the day on Giving Tuesday!

If you know anything about sailing, you know that things always need fixing. Unfortunately, we have encountered an unforeseen expense in our powerboat this fall. Our beloved garage-built boat is no longer safe to operate. Safety is our top priority at MUST, so the executive board has identified the need to purchase a new rib. Without a safe and functional powerboat, we will be unable to hold practices and regattas. Purchasing a boat is our top priority so that we can operate normally before the spring season starts. This being said, we are purposely a low budget club so that we can make sailing accessible. Our funds are low, and we cannot afford a powerboat on our own. We are asking you to help us financially, so that we can continue to be stewards of the sport.

We cannot believe yet another season of Marquette Sailing has come to a close. Our team had the opportunity to travel to six regattas and host two of our own, all of which were a great success! Our sailors looked great this season, and we all had a lot of fun out on the water and spending time with sailing friends both old and new. Thank you MUST members, alumni and our supporters for making this semester amazing!

Hello Marquette sailors + friends!

We are SO excited to announce our first ever tech shirt fundraiser! For breast cancer awareness month, we decided to create a pink tech shirt to show our support of those affected by breast cancer. All profit made off of these shirts will be donated to the Susan G. Komen Wisconsin Breast Cancer Assistance Fund. We are offering local pickup and shipping depending on where you are located. Each tech shirt is $15, and you can place your order by following the link in our bio! XS-XL sizing offered. This is a great way to not only show your support for Marquette Sailing, but to also stand in solidarity with those who have battled breast cancer.

Another successful weekend for Marquette Sailing! We competed at the Emma Biagioni Memorial Regatta hosted by Hope University and placed 1st overall, 3rd in A division, and 1st in B division! Our sailors who traveled to Madison to compete at Wisco Women’s placed 4th overall and 1st in the A division. Great work this weekend, sailors! 💙💛☀️⛵️

Hi friends!

Long time, no see! As you all know, the pandemic has halted a lot of activities. Luckily, Marquette Sailing has been approved to move forward with our Spring season (with proper COVID regulations of course)! We are SO excited to get back on the water- Lake Michigan, here we come!

We have decided to postpone our Qdoba Fundraiser to a later date with the current circumstances. Future date is TBD. Stay home and stay healthy!
