Even though the floors are dirty, the laundry needs folding, the kids need a chauffeur, you’ve had ‘a week’, there are emails to respond to and -fill in the blank-
Maybe just maybe, if you SLOW DOWN, take time to breath real air, surround yourself with nature and spend 1 hour listening and caring for your body in a kind way…maybe just maybe everything will still get done yet with a bit more grace, joy and wisdom.

Class Focus: MUSCLE AMNESIA. 💪🤕
