The Wisconsin Talking Book and Braille Library allows people with a visual or physical impairment or WTBBL has over 100,000 books to choose from.
The Wisconsin Talking Book and Braille Library provides a digital player so patrons can listen to books or magazines. Anyone in Wisconsin with a visual or physical impairment or a reading disability may be eligible for our service. WTBBL also provides access to newspapers by phone via Newsline, braille books, and audio-described movies.
