Back at it today. Lifting followed by open gym!!

Morning strength & conditioning followed by the first contact day of the summer!! It was great to be able to work with the girls today!

Happy Father’s Day to all of our volleyball dads. Thanks for all you do!!

Wrapped up camp 2024. We had the most girls ever!! We are grateful for each girl for who came to camp. Loved working with all the future Lady Vikes. We will be back again next summer.

Day 2 of camp in the books. One more day to get better.

Kicking off camp week. Our camps continue to grow every year. It is awesome to see all the girls in our gym.

Over 30 girls showed up for open gym tonight. Awesome to see so many players.

The girls are back at it today. Putting in the work.

After the week of 3 lifting sessions and 3 interval bike rides a quick Sunday 2 mile walk. .

One more day to our first open gym!! So excited to see the girls come back into the gym!!!

Friday was day 2 of summer workouts. It was great to see so many girls putting in the work to get better.

It was awesome to see the girls on the first day of summer workouts!! Working to get stronger and faster!!

Summer workouts start tomorrow. Make sure you have registered if you are going to be there!! Can’t wait to see the girls work to get better.

Take moment today to remember those who made the ultimate sacrifice for us.

Sometimes you don’t feel like doing it but when you are done it was worth it.

Congrats to our seniors on their graduation day. Thanks for your contributions to our program. Can’t wait to see how God uses you in the future.
