What Optimist Clubs Do
Optimist Clubs are dedicated to "Bringing Out the Best in Kids" and do their part through community service programs.
Since each Club is autonomous and run by members in their community, Optimists have the unique flexibility to serve the youth of their area in any way they see fit. Optimist Clubs see a need in their community and react to it.
The Metro Milwaukee Optimist Club is hosting our annual Oratorical Contest on Saturday March 11th this year. The topic is "Discovering the Optimism within Me".
Calling all students looking for , we're offering a prize of $250 for the local contest, and the World contest winner will receive $22,500 in scholarships funds. Contact us for more details.

The Metro Milwaukee Optimist Club is starting our Fall/Winter Coffee Sale to support Youth in Milwaukee. This season we're using our funds raised to support a new book and reading program in Milwaukee.
