Meet Sandra, better known as "Paloma," one of our Prep Cooks who has been with us for six years! Paloma's favorite thing about working at Saz's is the schedule availability and flexibility, and her favorite Saz's dish is the Vegetarian Lasagna!

If Paloma could go anywhere in the world, she would travel to London, and if she had a superpower, it would be the power to save lives. Her favorite season is summer, and when she's not at Saz's, she is spending time with her family. If she could have dinner with anyone, it would be with her mother who passed away 10 years ago ❤️

Meet John, one of our dynamic and fun-loving Festival Supervisors! John has been with us for almost 10 years, and his favorite thing about working at Saz's is seeing his friends every day and acting goofy. (You may or may not recognize him as one of our social media stars!)

John's favorite Saz's food is pulled chicken on our sour cream and chive fries, and his favorite season is summer because of all the fun summer festivals. One thing that may surprise you about John is that he is a classically trained opera singer and dancer! If he could have any pet, it would be probably be a cat named Carol, and if he could travel anywhere in the world, he would go to Greece.

Last month, Saz's had the honor and privilege of participating in the 9th Annual Unwrapped MKE. It was a special event as Chef Brian created a Jamaican Apple Pone Cake with Sweet Caramel Dazzle dish, and Saz's was awarded the Bartolotta's Partner of the Year Award! Thank you to everyone who made the event possible and allow for SHARP Literacy to continue to provide resources and working together to give the students the resources & support they need.

An ode to the Saz's Sampler Platter, a summer festival icon There’s something about the combination of sticks, curds and fries that tastes so sublimely like summer in the City of Festivals.

Sazama's Fine Catering was proud to help raise $14,671 for the Marcus Performing Arts Center's Family Nights Program! With every drink purchased during the Broadway Season, we were able to contribute $1 towards an incredible program that allow Family Nights participants to engage in family-oriented educational activities, opportunities to meet artists, and receive complementary tickets to a performance.

Meet Georgia, one of our incredible Bar Captains! Georgia has been with us for over a year, and her favorite thing about working at Saz's is her awesome co-workers.

Georgia's favorite food from Saz's are the cheesecurds, but if she could eat one meal for the rest of her life, it would be NY style pizza 🍕 When she's not at Saz's, you'll find her working on creative projects and hanging out with her cat and dog. If she could travel anywhere in the world, it would be to Endelave, Denmark, and if Hollywood made a movie about her life, she would want Sigourney Weaver to be cast as her.
