So incredibly proud of our very own super hero, Rhonda Ge**er, as she was nominated by the Sheboygan Police Department and presented with the Citizen's Distinguished Service Award at the Sheboygan Police Benevolent Association's annual service awards banquet on May 17th.

Rhonda is a Regional Property Manager and will be celebrating her 20 year Anniversary with Burke Properties on May 31st. She goes above and beyond daily and truly cares about the work she does at each property she manages. Rhonda puts her heart and soul into her work, her team, and the communities and residents she serves. THANK YOU to Rhonda and to the Sheboygan Police Department for recognizing her commitment and dedication.

Oak Creek apartment community is looking to hire an outstanding Property Manager who is highly efficient, organized and has exceptional customer service abilities.
This person will be responsible for property operations, leasing, budgeting, rent collections, resident relations, management of on-site team, vendor contracts, administrative tasks and more. This person should have a good business sense with the ability to prioritize and be a confident self starter. Full-time with competitive benefits.

Property Management Experience is required. Computer Skills are required.

Maintenance Technician

Milwaukee based property management company looking for a skilled, experienced Service Technician to join their professional management team. Knowledge of not only maintenance tasks but also the apartment management industry preferred.
Professional duties include apartment make ready maintenance, general facility and grounds maintenance, minor plumbing, electrical maintenance and in unit painting. Individual must be able to be on a rotating on call service schedule.
If you are interested in working in a friendly environment for a company that takes great pride in their product, and enjoy working as part of a team, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
