To ensure that they have a comfortable and enjoyable theater experience, we provide a Sensory Friendly performance for each of our 3 plays! During our Sensory Friendly performances we provide a more relaxed environment (i.e. lower lighting contrast, flexibility to enter and exit the theater as needed, a quiet space in the lobby, clear signage and more.

Karissa Murrell Myers' BLACK BEAR ISLAND Recieves 2023 Mazumdar New Play Award Buffalo's Alleyway Theatre has announced the recipient of the 2023 Maxim Mazumdar New Play Award. Playwright Karissa Murrell Myers will receive the annual award for her play, BLACK BEAR ISLAND.
