Two new tracks out today on Katermukke …story time 👇🏼
𝑺𝑪𝑬𝑵𝑬: A week of relentless construction directly outside of my home Studio in Washington DC, right after I returned from India and was dying to write new music. Without any other option, I decided to record the jackhammers, bulldozer, and literal street-scraping (swipe to see) outside and work the samples (and my anger) into a new song. 𝐌𝐀𝐑𝐐𝐔𝐈𝐍𝐀 was born.
𝑭𝑨𝑺𝑻 𝑭𝑶𝑹𝑾𝑨𝑹𝑫: I’ve moved to Los Angeles, and after 3 tiring weeks I’ve finally set up my home studio and dialed in the acoustics. But wait…not again—there’s a demolition happening a few houses down. Welp, time to get out the ol recorder and work it into a song. 𝐂𝐎𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐃𝐄𝐑 emerges.
Cacaphony outside = creativity inside
Funny anecdote aside, these two tracks are a reminder of our ability to find inspiration amidst chaos; to rise above external factors and turn adversity into something cool.
Happy to finally see these two tracks out in the wild, and thrilled with how they’ve been landing on dancefloors in my sets and many others 🤝🏼💣 Enjoy
Home at last after a whirlwind of a weekend 😵💫 think I was in the air more than on the ground the past 3 days but totally worth it. Great shows in London and Baltimore, thanks to everyone that came out and brought the energy I needed 🙏🏼🖤
+ Tested a new one I finished last week in both sets and holy moly do I have a stomper on my hands 😮💨
with this Friday and then locking myself in the studio for a couple weeks ✌🏼
Closing out summer in a BIG way 💥 Took a few weeks off and now headed to London on Friday for the first time EVER to play . I cannot understate how excited I am to finally play in London after all these years, and I couldn’t think of a better venue to kick it off than a legendary spot like fabric 🖤
Will be there for less than 24 hours though 😅 going straight to on Saturday for a day party with some friends 👉🏻
And then in two weeks I’ll be supporting at their residency 🍾
And then finally some extended time at home in the studio…before a few shows at ADE 🛫
Headed to burning man tomorrow, I’ll be offline until next Monday ✌🏼
Find me at a sunrise set making speciality pour over coffees from our art car…(or come watch me DJ 👉🏻)

Since I posted that story about no-phone dancefloors, I’ve been having some interesting conversations with fans on the topic. As a DJ, I've always seen the dancefloor as a space where we can lose ourselves in the music and connect with each other on a deeper level. When I see phones up in the air, it sometimes feels like a break in that connection, and with the rise of influencer culture and the stigma around sharing on social media it’s become a hot button issue.
A few fans shared a different perspective though—they use their phones to capture their favorite moments from the set, not for social media, but to relive the experience later.
As an artist, is my goal to create a space where everyone can enjoy the music in their own way? If capturing a moment on your phone enhances your experience and lets you relive it later, is that wrong? Or is it about the audience as a whole—the collective vibe that may be diminished if many are enjoying it in this way?
But is this reasoning the exception rather than the rule? From behind the decks, it often seems like most people are aimlessly capturing moments for social media rather than personal enjoyment. And while there's nothing inherently wrong with that, I do believe there's something special about letting the music hit you without distractions.
There's also something to be said about the magic of the moment. When I drop an ID or a special edit, it's a unique experience that can't be replicated. It's a moment that's shared between me and the crowd, a moment that's meant to be appreciated then and there. Capturing it on a phone can't quite do it justice. It's sort of like trying to capture a sunset on camera. Maybe the memory and the emotion attached to it remains stronger and more magical if it can’t be replayed over and over?
I’m curious what you all think—I thought there was an obvious agreement that phones can ruin the vibe, but maybe that’s just my bias, and we’re in a new era. Do they enhance your experience or detract from it?
I don’t think many people realize what’s possible when the entire crowd is present—it’s often the reason why certain clubs and scenes are held in such high regard. Is it a coincidence that some of the most well-regarded clubs that have invested in pristine sound also have the strictest no-phone policy? Or are these the two most important elements in creating a proper club space? This is obviously a bit nuanced too--a rooftop day party or a festival appearance may warrant more phones than in an intimate, dark club.
For better or worse, we now live in a world where these videos can actually catalyze careers and help with bookings, getting DJ support, selling tickets etc. It’s certainly a double edged sword in many ways and I do admit that when the situation calls for it, I’m glad someone captured a moment of my set (though it’s usually preferred to be behind me and not on the dancefloor).
P.S. Don’t get me started on talking on the dancefloor 😅
Big week ahead 🚨
Fri: BODY TEST out on
Fri: extended set
Sat: rooftop sunset set
Cannot wait for these two shows—my two homes away from home + incredible sound + extended sets = unmatched vibes
And getting the feeling Body Test is gonna be a big one…got a handful of videos over the weekend from DJs dropping this 💣 😮💨
Pumped for San Diego this Saturday 🙌🏻 Tickets almost gone for this one...

The time has finally come—my remix of A Thousand Knives by RY X is out today.
Feeling endlessly grateful for the opportunity to put my spin on a track from one of my favorite albums of last year. Ry X’s solo work and Howling have been all-time favs since the beginning of the Enamour project, so this one is definitely very special for me.
The cherry on top is seeing the remix make its rounds across the DJ spectrum, picking up support from some of the most respected selectors in the game. 🖤
It’s been a magical moment every time I’ve played it, and now it can be yours. Thank you to Ry, BMG, Ana and the team at Red Light for believing in the remix and all of the DJs who've been pushing it around the globe 🙏🏼

Welcome to my TED talk…
Most of you know that my musical output has always been diverse, a marker of my broad taste within the realms of house and techno. This range isn't a lack of focus or direction, but a conscious exploration across the spectrum of sounds that I love—it also reflects my commitment to introducing new sounds and ideas to you. (And if this is news to you, maybe it’s time you take a dive through my discography 🙃)
In the next couple weeks, you're going to hear three new songs from my end, each a distinct chapter of my musical story; each showcasing a different side of my sound. Release schedules are sometimes out of my control, and it might seem overwhelming, but in reality it's a serendipitous result of the eclectic path I’ve been on. An exciting moment in time as well, as I release one of my most anticipated remixes for , and join the and families—two labels I’ve loved for years.
As a DJ, my goal has always been to broaden horizons. It’s also why I produce across styles–so I can pull from my own work no matter the situation.
This extends to my Club Play Only playlist, which I’ve just reorganized for a smoother flow from genre to genre. It begins with progressive house, dives through groovy, deep and minimal, then ascends to heady upbeat tracks with a pitstop in afro house and indie dance. It peaks with big melodic moments before barreling into raw, aggressive techno. Start wherever, end wherever—journey guaranteed.
Curious to hear what you guys think on the matter. I’ve had many conversations with fans on the topic of genres and it seems there are less purists now than ever.
Though each side of my sound has a distinct character, just remember they all originate from the same place: the heart of an artist who is in love with the infinite possibilities of sound.
TL;DR: I make a bunch of different styles of house and techno (they’re not actually that different btw); I’ve got three songs coming out this month; I reorganized my Club Play Only playlist to flow naturally between genres

EDC that was EPIC 💥 huge thank you to everyone that came and danced + (EDC) / Dreamstate for bringing me out to the incredible quantumVALLEY stage
This was a true full circle moment from having attended the festival nearly ten years ago. Still in awe of how much they’ve changed and continually leveled up each year. Top notch production all around; truly impressed and humbled 🙏🏼
Love you all 🖤
Happy to announce my latest single Center Cannot Hold is out now on DAYS like NIGHTS 🧨 The Overdrive and Deep mixes, each designed for different moments on the dancefloor.
The deep mix was first debuted in my set at Burning Man in 2019, but I decided more recently it could use a reimagining, and remixed it for my tour last spring. Both have been smashing dancefloors across the globe ever since, and now they’re yours 💥

‘Brush The Dust Off Your Soul’ is out now on the annual Anjunadeep 14 compilation
I love this magical song and hope it can fulfill its title for you all 🖤
Here’s a dusty photo from last year’s burn to celebrate—much of the song is inspired by early mornings there but to be completely honest, the title comes from a misquoted comment from Picasso / a testimonial for a music visualizer called G-Force I read while using the free trial like 10 years ago 😂
Enjoy and let me know what you think in the comments ✌🏼
