This was a fun project to work on, that posed some unique challenges! It is great to see it come to fruition - the building looks fantastic!

It is always fun to see the team coordination efforts come out of the ground. This is going to be a great project! We are proud to be part of the design team helping this come to fruition.
Over in Little Canada, Litmore is moving right along! Over the last few weeks we've been drywalling in zone 1 and have been getting the roof dried in zone 2.
Now, we are working on brick and will be starting siding in 2 weeks.
Litmore will be ready for residents later this summer!

Cain Thomas Associates is seeking additional motivated Electrical Designers/Drafters, to join an expanding electrical team, with a very diverse project load. Candidate shall have strong working Revit knowledge and capabilities, knowledge of electrical codes and standards, and desire to work with a fast paced, and ever evolving team.
This position will be integral in assisting with the production of contract documents for a variety of project types, including multi-family housing, nursing facilities, casinos, and many more. Ideal candidate shall have 1-5 years’ experience in the electrical design industry, and background in using Microsoft Office 365 products, strong communication skills, and teamwork mindset.
