We're working on a full home remodel with BNY Construction. Interior bearing walls and transfer beams were installed to pick up the columns above.

The Glen Apartments at Valley Creek is located in Woodbury, MN. Roof structure is complete. They were finishing up the lateral system and adding additional studs, blocking, holdowns, structural screws etc. for my final site visit. They have a few repairs to finish at this point, but structurally it's just about finished.

MMY recently did a design for a full remodel of a home in Minneapolis. Tearing the roof off and adding another story. The home has new cantilevered beams over the existing deck picking up the new floor and roof. And those beams pick up another cantilevered deck. The new W27 and W24 beams and columns were installed yesterday. More pics to follow.

We worked on a lift project to transfer someone from their bed to the restroom. The track is supported by Glu-lam beams.

32nd And Hennepin project is complete. Building looks pretty good!

Prestwick Townhomes in Rosemount. Building #7 now has the roof framing in place and it looks good. 9 total buildings will be constructed on this site. All very similar.

Prestwick Townhomes in Rosemount, MN are coming along. Building 7 of 9 structures are setting roof trusses. It's in the early stages and the carpenter's understand that additional studs below bearing and hangers must be added. Next site visit, I'll make sure those items have been taken care of. Otherwise, they're coming along and have been framed properly.

I stopped by the Minnehaha Townhomes the other day and the buildings are just about finished. At least structurally!

The Minneapolis Armory going thru a remodel prior to the Super Bowl events. They added a floor with parking below. It's going to be pretty cool!

Car wash on Central and Osborne Road is coming along. when the high roof trusses over the penthouse steel beams are in place, it will look pretty nice.
