What a fun day! We are so thankful for those who came out! Thank you to all of the amazing volunteers who made this outreach possible! We were able to bless over 200 families with a thanksgiving turkey!

Here are our upcoming holiday events:
🦃 Thanksgiving Outreach - This is a community event where we will hand out free turkeys, a free hot meal, and coats. We will have a kids party, live music, and a message from Pastor Monica!
🎁 Christmas Gift Wrapping Party - Come volunteer at our gift wrapping party! We plan on wrapping over 1,000 presents for families in need In Minneapolis.
🎄 Christmas Eve Outreach - We will be giving away free presents to families, providing a hot meal, hosting kids activities, and an encouraging message of the gift we have in Jesus!

Join us in wishing Larry a Happy 80th Birthday! 🎉🤍 Larry is our wonderful accountant who is such a blessing to our ministry. He said that even though he could be playing cards and laying low during his “sunset years” God still has a calling and an assignment for him. He said looking back on his life one theme stands out and that is that “God is good”!
Happy birthday Larry Greely! The best is yet to come!

Our two ministry interns, Liz and Kelli, encountered a man in distress on the 35W bridge. They approached him and tried to talk to him. Eventually, they told him they were going to pray. They started declaring truth over his life that God sees him, knows him, and loves him. After they prayed, they looked up and he was crying. He said, “I don’t know what you just did, but the weight I was feeling is gone!”
Then they listened as he opened up about what he was going through. They prayed again for God’s love and comfort to wash over him. After, he got down they were able to get his contact info and watched as he walked away to his home.
Thank you God that you prompted Liz to go out to her car to be there for this man. We pray that we will be sensitive and obedient to your Holy Spirit when you prompt us. Thank you that you are near to the broken-hearted (Psalms 34:18) and that you comfort those who mourn (Matthew 5:4).
