We are looking to add the following to our team:
Aerial Lift Technician
API Supply Lifts is seeking an experienced Shop/Field Mechanic.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to inspecting, servicing, diagnosing, and repairing aerial lift and telehandlers.
Primary responsibility is to service the API rental fleet, as well as some customer owned equipment.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an aerial/heavy equipment mechanic or related work experience required.

• Knowledge/clear understanding of gas and diesel engines, hydraulic and electrical systems.

• Ability to perform annual inspections on aerial equipment.

• Ability to read and understand electrical/hydraulic schematics.

• Capable of troubleshooting a wide variety of equipment.

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Complete service reports after repairs are made. May perform other related duties as requested and/or assigned.

• Capable of working independently and with little supervision.

• Ability to stay on task and complete repairs in a timely manner.

• Must be a self-starter, well organized and able to work in a fast- paced environment.

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis

• Capable of working in a safe manner in the shop, or field.

• Great work ethic and desire to learn and grow in a fast-paced industry.

• Computer literate and proficient with programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook required.

• Minimum High School diploma or equivalent required.

• Must possess a valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Automotive and Industrial Maintenance Technicians encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Manufacturer training (i.e. JLG, SKYJACK, Genie or Haulotte)
• Technical School Training (i.e. Hydraulic Systems, Diesel Engines, Electrical Repair)

Excellent Salary starting @ $48K to $80K based on experience.

Work continues on the Rochester Public Schools new middle school project with roughly 1/3 of the concrete footings having been poured already! There has been approximately 1,000 yards of concrete poured since the start of the project. This equals the length of 35 high school basketball courts!
