SEPTEMBER MENUS: Every student receives one complete breakfast and one complete lunch meal each school day at no cost. If your student wants seconds, just a milk, or a'la carte items, they will need money in their account.

Welcome to the 2023-24 School Year. Here is the Arrival and Dismissal information for the start of the school year. This is also on the Kenny website.
ARRIVAL:
Main Door #1 Emerson Avenue: Walkers from north and ALL K-5 car drop-off. Door opens at 9:20am for students to enter the building. Door locks at 9:30am. Students will need to use door buzzer for entry after 9:35am
Kindergarten Door #3 58th Street: Walkers from south and bus drop-off. Door opens at 9:20am for students to enter the building
Door locks at 9:30am. Students will need to go to main door (Door #1) for entry after 9:30am
ALL car drop off will take place on Emerson Ave by main Door #1 / near the flagpole.
DISMISSAL:
3:50pm - Students attending Minneapolis Kids program will be released from classrooms.
3:55pm - Students (walking, busing, or meeting parents) will leave through the following doors:
Kindergarten & Grade 1: Will exit through Door #3. Parent pick-up will be OUTSIDE Door #3
Grade 2 & 3: Will exit through main Door #1. Parents should meet students OUTSIDE, in garden area or near 57th Street.
Grades 4-5: Will exit through Door #9 by the 5th grade classrooms. Parents should meet students OUTSIDE, near 57th Street.

Grab your kids and help us get the garden ready to bloom by cutting back plants, removing leaves and weeding! Volunteers will get instructions, divide into teams, and get to work!
No prior knowledge is needed - we will have lots of Master Gardeners on hand to answer questions and give direction. All ages are welcome. Feel free to come and go as your schedule allows. Please bring gardening tools if you have them!
