Unique & Wide-Ranging Project Coordinator Position for Growing Home Remodeling Company.
We're looking for someone unique. Someone with a wide skill set. Someone who loves details.
Do you like a wide variety of work?
Are you Detail Oriented and love making sure things are done well and completely?
Are you someone who knows how to FINISH tasks and check things off the to-do list?
Are you someone who enjoys the challenge of learning new things, making systems/processes hum and work well, and would love to make sure our clients are thrilled with their remodeling experience?
Do you like being the 'glue' that pulls the office and all the details together and chip in on whatever is needed for the good of the team and business?
We're looking for someone who can…
In The Office:
Help manage our incoming phone calls and new leads
Manage project finishes/selections
Help manage and execute some of our marketing efforts (posting content, getting client testimonials/reviews, etc.)
Help keep our Sales Pipeline organized and up-to-date
Read and route incoming email
Prepare and compile end-of-project jump-drives.
Data entry (using BuilderTrend and Dext)
Help with planning Team and Client Events
Assist Tony, the Owner
In The Field:
Take notes at client meetings, move notes into related to-do lists
Material pickup and jobsite delivery
Help with Material Returns
Help with Jobsite Cleaning
Assisting our Site Supervisor, Dan

We work with homeowners to add additions to their homes and remodel their kitchens, bathrooms, and other spaces.

👷‍♀️👷👷‍♂️ We at Urban Refurbishment consider ourselves transformation specialist! On this project we partnered with the very talented Christina Lynn Interiors. Once you’ve concluded this is indeed the same space, tell us what your favorite change is? 😍

Ever get the feeling you’re not using your space to its full potential? We’re here to help! Checkout this transformation we teamed up with Christina Lynn Interiors on. Who’s kitchen could use additional countertops, storage space and beverage fridge? 😍

📣 We’ve got an exciting announcement to share. Your remodeling duo became a trio! Meet Dan, our new Field Coordinator. Dan's duties vary to meet the needs of our homeowners, our subcontractors, and our team. He's onsite daily to monitor progress, ensure details are being understood, and answer any questions. He keeps our project management software up-to-date so homeowners can have a front-row seat to their project without actually having to sit all day at their project. He values the safety of the homeowners' property and understands the emotion and anxiety that come with remodeling. In a constantly changing environment, you'll find Dan wears many hats throughout this process and always has a positive attitude. In other words, we ❤️ Dan and what he brings to the team.

Had a great time at the ASID Fall Social last night.

Checkout this transformation we partnered with J Korsbon Designs on!

Not everything needs to be new in order to transform your space. Believe it or not this is the same vanity, middle piece has been removed, and same mirrors, they’ve just been reframed. As for the other side well it’s one of our favs, out with the large whirlpool bath tub and in with a beautiful shower designed for efficiently with his and her shower heads.

We’re looking to grow our team!

Responsibilities include visiting all active job sites daily, making daily log entries in BuilderTrend software, taking photos of progress, making sure scheduled subcontractors are on-site, speaking with homeowners regularly, maintaining site cleanliness, verifying shop drawings and plans, pick-up materials from suppliers and deliver them onsite, misc. field work required to keep the job moving forward.
