“Takes 2 to Dango.”

broth: chicken, vegetable, miso.

garnish: sweet and sour Szechuan chicken dumplings, crispy leeks, broccolini, negi, and sesame seeds.
*hint: “dumpling” in Japanese is “dango.”😉🤣

Appetizer Special:
“Michi Cevichi.”

Orange marinated tuna, Japanese pico, gochujang sweet soy, pickled apple.

Dessert:
“Salted Chocolate Truffles.”

Broth: green curry tare, coconut oil, dashi.

Garnish: Bintochan chicken, assorted grilled vegetables, bean sprouts, bok choy, togarashi.

Today is the day, back open & ready to serve you, Missoula! 💛

We think that our Chicken Katsu Ramen deserves the spotlight for a moment. This panko-crusted chicken is sought after by many! In fact, it has earned the bowl a spot in our “Most Ordered” to prove it.

Broth: chicken broth, pork and chicken fat, sofrito, shoyu tare.

Toppings: katsu chicken, roasted garlic, negi, 66° egg, misoyaki, fukijinzuke relish, sesame seed, white pepper, dashi.

This dish is truly a Michi staple- you will not regret giving it a try. 🍜

“Rikubetsu Ramen.”

Winter is finally here and this ramen definitely has the most appropriate namesake. For those who don’t know, Rikubetsu is ranked the coldest city in Japan. ❄️🥶 Leaving the house in this weather is never easy, but this special will make it worth it. 🤤

Broth: katsuobushi salt, seasonal sofrito, butter, mushroom broth.

Garnish: red wine-marinated beef, fried vegetable medley (potato, carrot, mushroom), sesame seed, corn, & negi.

Don’t forget that takeout is available! If leaving the couch for dinner is unfathomable- we get it! Just give the restaurant a call. 💛

pumpkin curry, lemon juice, mirin, sofrito.

We all know and love our Yellow Curry Ramen, but let us introduce you to the Green Curry Ramen!

This special features a green curry tare and chicken broth base and is topped with grilled ginger/garlic wagyu beef, shish*to and red bell peppers, bok choy, and a dash of katsuobushi salt on top.

Introducing the “Nikkō Ramen,” literally which translates to “sunshine” in Japanese. Fitting for this week, I’d say! 🌞
Broth: chicken, citrus, sofrito, dash.
Garnish: grilled chicken, Lions Mane mushroom, fried leek, bean sprout, negi, lemon wedge, Nam Phrik.

This citrusy ramen definitely tastes like its name. 🍋☀️

Our featured drink special is the “Sunset in Caras.” Rum, coconut cream, orange juice (fresh-pressed, of course), lime, & that pretty pink color is made possible by dragonfruit powder. 💕

We love to see everyone enjoying the outdoors now that the weather is finally warming up, but we wanted to bring some sunshine inside, too. 🌞😉 open til 11 all weekend!
