We think that our Chicken Katsu Ramen deserves the spotlight for a moment. This panko-crusted chicken is sought after by many! In fact, it has earned the bowl a spot in our “Most Ordered” to prove it.
Broth: chicken broth, pork and chicken fat, sofrito, shoyu tare.
Toppings: katsu chicken, roasted garlic, negi, 66° egg, misoyaki, fukijinzuke relish, sesame seed, white pepper, dashi.

“Rikubetsu Ramen.”
Winter is finally here and this ramen definitely has the most appropriate namesake. For those who don’t know, Rikubetsu is ranked the coldest city in Japan. ❄️🥶 Leaving the house in this weather is never easy, but this special will make it worth it. 🤤
Broth: katsuobushi salt, seasonal sofrito, butter, mushroom broth.
Garnish: red wine-marinated beef, fried vegetable medley (potato, carrot, mushroom), sesame seed, corn, & negi.
