Such a great group of seniors at MCC! We have been meeting for water aerobics for nearly 15 years! Some new friends have joined us but we still miss our old friends too!

Silver Sneaker open house this Wednesday, March 1, at MCC!
Water aerobics at 8 am, SS tour at 9:15, and SS class at 10:30. Join us!

Pool workout for Pregnancy. Classes throughout May at 7:45 am on Wednesdays at MCC. $25 per week. 1 hour workout.

I am back in the saddle again having recuperated from a knee injury. Accepting new training clients and looking forward to seeing my friends again at MCC.
