At Discover Fitness, we know that every athleteโ€™s journey is unique, and understanding the difference between biological age (how old they are) and training age (how long theyโ€™ve been strength training) is key to their progress.

Many assume biological age should dictate training intensity, but in reality, training age is a better indicator for the level of program the athlete should be doing.
