At Discover Fitness, we know that every athleteโs journey is unique, and understanding the difference between biological age (how old they are) and training age (how long theyโve been strength training) is key to their progress.

Many assume biological age should dictate training intensity, but in reality, training age is a better indicator for the level of program the athlete should be doing.

As a general rule, donโt drink your calories. Drinks like soda and alcohol quickly add low nutritional dense calories to your diet.
