Our TK and Kinders had a popcorn and movie hour. They loved it!!!

For our smaller eagles, we will be hosting a popcorn and movie afternoon!

This event is also FREE as a welcome to Rainbow Ridge!!

Admission for this dance is FREE!! Thank you for supporting our PTA over the last year!

Friday we are throwing it back with our first dance of the year!! Feel free to dress up in any retro music genre.

As always, we will have a snack bar where students may purchase snacks. Most snacks are $1.

Part 1: congrats to all our fun run raffle winners!

Our last school dance of the year!

May 3rd, 2024 (since May 4th falls on a Saturday!)

Kinder: 11-11:45
1st & 2nd Grade: 1-1:45pm
3-5th: 2:15-3:15

Snacks will be available for purchase for the last two dances. As always, all Kinders will receive a goody bag with their price of admission.

Permission slips can be turned into teachers for k-2nd grade and 3-5th graders will purchase their wristbands bands at lunch.

If you bring a snack donation, your student will receive free admission to the dance and a ticket for a snack. :) thank you!!

Here is the schedule for next Fridays Fun Run!

🏃 Make sure your scholar wears comfortable clothes and shoes to run in
💦Make sure they bring a water bottle as weather should be warm that day!
**we will also have water stations for them
🌈Dress wild, crazy and comfortable. (The fun run ladies are wearing tutus!)

If you can volunteer during your child’s heat or all day, we would love to have you! If not, we will have a designated spectator section. Please keep your family support to two family members.

This weeks challenge was the top two classes with the most individual donations gets to duct tape Gomez and Crist to the wall!

Mayberry with 62 donations and Chounard with 40 donations! Way to go teams!!

Second grade students went on a field trip to the Mary Vagle Nature Center in Fontana.

They took a nature walk with scavenger hunt, dug for different bugs and examined them under a microscope, had the opportunity to pet a snake and hold a Madagascar hissing cockroach, and learned how to identify different animal tracks. They even got to make their own mold of an animal footprint!

We are so excited to announce our first family dance!

“A World of Pure Imagination” will take place Friday, March 15th from 5-7pm.

$5 per person and your admission includes:

Face painting
Access to the photobooth with free prints
Kids get a ticket to the candy bar

We will also have a DJ to keep the party going and the taco truck and sunny Jay’s Italian Ice!

🎨 Calling all Rainbow Ridge artists!! 🎨

is hosting their annual Art Show in April. We will be accepting your entries up until Monday, March 18th. Please have your student take their art piece to the Steam Lab.

Our art show will be on March 20, and two students from each grade level will advance to the district art show in April.

Here’s what you need to know:

Art projects must be completed using at least one recycled item either as material or in your process. ♻️

Materials and process should be listed on your caption card.

Get creative! Use your empty bottles, cans, outgrown shoe, bottle caps, old books, etc. to create something amazing!

We cannot wait to see what you come up with!
