Usually we reach out privately, and ask the customer to come back so we can make the experience better, but this one felt different so we checked the cameras.

Came in at 12:46:48
Sat down at 12:47:45
Left at 12:48:43

You did not wait for a long time like you stated, you did not sit for a very long time like you stated, you said we didn't offer but the server came back with chips and salsa and to also take your drink orders but you left! So how do you know the glass was full of fingerprints?
You never had a glass and you never wiped anything, everything is recorded. IF menus were wet, that's because of the sanitizer we clean them with.
We take pride of what we do, if we make mistakes we will own them and fix them. Times are tough and the last thing we need is a false negative review.
If you are not pleased with food or service, please let us know and we will do our best to take care of the situation on the spot.
